Current Class Schedule:
"I was overweight in my youth. I was teased at school about my weight, and the neighborhood kids called me fat. My self-esteem was very low. When old enough, I joined a gym. After about a year of aerobic training and light weights, I lost 65 pounds and went from a size 16 to a size 2. It felt great! I caught the exercise bug. I became certified in aerobics, step class, and personal training. I continue to exercise for myself, and now love to exercise as a fitness professional. I teach others it can be done."
